目的 探讨耳整形术对求美者生活质量的影响,分析求美者在耳整形术前、术后的生活质量变化。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年6月于湖南省人民医院整形激光美容科接受耳整形术的求美者,根据纳入和排除标准进行筛选。采用自行设计的调查问卷收集患者一般情况,并应用面部整形美容问卷（facial aesthetic evaluation questionnaire,FACE-Q）评分量表中社交功能和心理功能模块,评估求美者术前及术后生活质量。利用SPSS 30.0 统计软件对数据进行整理及分析。结果 本研究共纳入38例接受耳整形术的求美者,其中30例完成了术前及术后的问卷调查,回访完成率78.9%。30例患者中,男性16例,女性14例。求美者年龄在16~47岁之间,平均年龄（24.9±7.6）岁。30名求美者术前社交功能评分平均（70.1±15.1）分,术后提升至（78.6±12.6）分,平均提升8.5分（P<0.01）;术前心理功能评分平均（73.3±15.6）分,术后提升至（80.5±11.9）分,平均提升7.2分（P<0.01）。不同年龄、学历、求美动机、婚姻状态的求美者在社交功能和心理功能方面的提升程度无显著统计学差异。性别上女性心理功能方面的提升程度较男性有较为明显的提升。结论 耳整形术可显著改善求美者生活质量,提升其社交功能及心理功能评分,且这种提升与年龄、学历、求美动机、婚姻状态等因素无关。心理功能评分的提升,与性别有一定相关性。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of otoplasty on the quality of life (QoL) of aesthetic patients and analyze changes in their QoL before and after surgery. Methods Patients who underwent otoplasty at the Department of Plastic and Laser Aesthetics, Hunan Provincial People's Hospital, between January 2022 and June 2024 were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect demographic data, and Social Function and Psychological Function modules of FACE-Q (facial aesthetic evaluation questionnaire) scoring system were applied to assess QoL pre- and postoperatively. Data were analyzed using SPSS 30.0. Results Thirty-eight patients were enrolled, with 30 completing pre- and postoperative questionnaires (follow-up rate: 78.9%). The cohort included 16 males and 14 females, aged 16-47 years (mean: 24.9±7.6). The average preoperative social function score improved from 70.1±15.1 to 78.6±12.6 postoperatively (P<0.01), with a mean increase of 8.5 points. The psychological function score increased from 73.3±15.6 to 80.5±11.9 (P<0.01), with a mean increase of 7.2 points. There was no significant statistical difference in the improvement of the social and psychological functions of those who were of different ages, education, motivation for beauty seeking and marital status. Female patients showed significantly greater improvement in psychological function compared with male patients. Conclusion Ear plastic surgery can significantly improve the quality of life of those who seek beauty and improve their social and psychological function scores. This improvement is independent of factors such as age, education, motivation for seeking beauty, and marital status. The improvement of psychological function scores is related to gender.
