目的 探讨电子健康素养在老龄患者自我感知老化与使用智慧就医服务之间的中介效应。方法 从安徽省6所三甲医院门诊随机选择2 266名老龄患者接受本次横断面调查,数据分析采用描述性统计、Bootstrap中介效应分析,探讨自我感知老化、电子健康素养和智慧就医服务使用之间的关系。结果 电子健康素养与使用智慧健康服务呈正相关（r=0.626,P<0.01）,自我感知老化与使用智慧健康服务呈负相关（r=-0.247,P<0.01）,电子健康素养在患者自我感知老化与使用智慧就医服务中存在部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的60.32%。结论 电子健康素养在自我感知老化与智慧就医服务使用之间起重要中介作用。
Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the mediating effect of electronic health literacy on the relationship between self-perceived aging and the use of smart medical services among older patients. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 2 266 elderly outpatients who were randomly selected from six tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province. Descriptive statistics and Bootstrap mediation analysis were employed to investigate the relationships between self-perceived aging, electronic health literacy, and the utilization of smart medical services. Results Electronic health literacy was positively correlated with the use of smart health services (r=0.626, P<0.01), while self-perceived aging was negatively correlated with the use of smart health services (r=-0.247, P<0.01). Furthermore, electronic health literacy was found to partially mediate the relationship between self-perceived aging and the use of smart medical services, accounting for 60.32% of the total effect. Conclusion Electronic health literacy plays a significant mediating role in the association between self-perceived aging and the utilization of smart medical services among older patients.
