目的: 分析妊娠期高血压孕妇疾病不确定感与心理弹性、妊娠压力的关系。方法: 选取2023年2月至2024年6月南京医科大学第一附属医院就诊或定期产检的124例妊娠期高血压孕妇为研究对象,采用Mishel疾病不确定感成人量表（Mishel uncertainty in illness scale for adults,MUIS-A）、心理弹性量表（connor-daviddson resilience scale,CD-RISC）及妊娠压力量表（pregnancy pressure scale,PPS）进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析方法分析孕妇疾病不确定感的影响因素。结果: 孕妇MUIS-A、CD-RISC、PPS评分分别为（86.58±7.63）、（60.26±5.74）、（69.37±5.24）分。Pearson相关性分析显示,MUIS-A与CD-RISC呈负相关（P<0.05）;MUIS-A与PPS呈正相关（P<0.05）。多元线性回归分析显示,CD-RISC评分、PPS评分、年龄、不良孕产史均是孕妇疾病不确定感的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论: 妊娠期高血压孕妇疾病不确定感与心理弹性、妊娠压力相关。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between disease uncertainty, mental resilience and pregnancy stress in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods A total of 124 pregnant women with gestational hypertension who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from February 2023 to June 2024 or had regular antenatal check-ups were selected as the study objects. Mishel uncertainty in illness scale for adults (MUIS-A), connor-daviddson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and pregnancy pressure scale (PPS) were used to investigate. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of pregnant women's disease uncertainty. Results The scores of MUIS-A, CD-RISC and PPS were (86.58±7.63), (60.26±5.74) and (69.37±5.24) respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that MUIS-A was negatively correlated with CD-RISC (P<0.05). MUIS-A was positively correlated with PPS (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that CD-RISC score, PPS score, age and adverse pregnancy history were all influencing factors of disease uncertainty in pregnant women (P<0.05). Conclusion The uncertainty of pregnancy-induced hypertension is related to psychological resilience and pregnancy stress.
