目的: 探讨耳穴压丸联合通焦利眠贴对肿瘤患者生活质量提升的作用。方法: 回顾性选取2022年10月—2024年9月本院收治的肿瘤患者80例,根据治疗方案将患者分为对照组（常规西药治疗）和联合组（在对照组基础上加用耳穴压丸联合通焦利眠贴治疗）各40例。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后的生活质量与健康相关指标[包括生活质量（karnofsky performance status,KPS）评分、焦虑生活量表（self-rating anxiety scale,SAS）评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI）评分]、血清神经递质[5-羟色胺（5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT）,脑源性神经营养因子（brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF）,神经肽-Y（neuropeptide Y,NPY）]水平以及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果: 联合组总有效率（82.50%）显著高于对照组（57.50%）;治疗后,两组KPS评分、5-HT、BDNF、NPY水平均升高,且联合组高于对照组,两组SAS、PSQI评分均降低,且联合组低于对照组;联合组治疗期间不良反应总发生率（10.00%）显著低于对照组（32.50%）。结论: 耳穴压丸联合通焦利眠贴可有效提升肿瘤患者生活质量,改善睡眠及心理状态,调节神经递质水平,且安全性高,具有临床推广价值。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of auricular acupressure tablets combined with Tongjiao Limian patches on enhancing the quality of life for cancer patients. Methods The research retrospectively assessed 80 cancer patients hospitalized from October 2022 to September 2024. These patients were divided into two groups: a control group receiving conventional Western medicine and a combination group receiving additional auricular acupressure tablets and Tongjiao Limian patches, with 40 patients in each group. The study compared clinical outcomes, quality of life and health-related indicators before and after treatment [including karnofsky performance status (KPS) score, self rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score], serum neurotransmitters [5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), neuropeptide Y (NPY)] levels, and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The combination group demonstrated a higher total effective rate (82.50%) than the control group (57.50%). Post - treatment, both groups showed elevated KPS scores and serum neurotransmitter levels, but the combination group had significantly higher values. SAS and PSQI scores decreased in both groups, yet the combination group had lower scores. Additionally, the combination group experienced a lower adverse reaction rate (10.00%) compared to the control group (32.50%). Conclusions The combined use of auricular acupressure tablets and Tongjiao Limian patches effectively enhances cancer patients' quality of life by improving sleep, alleviating psychological distress, and regulating neurotransmitter levels, with a satisfactory safety profile. These findings suggest.
