摘要

目的: 编制住院康复期精神分裂症患者人文关怀需求量表,并检验其信效度。方法: 采用文献回顾法、半结构式访谈法、专家函询法形成量表初稿,于2019年11月—2020年3月对全国13个省份18所三级及以上精神卫生服务机构的516名住院康复期精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查,评价量表的信效度。结果: 正式量表包括6个维度49个条目;探索因子分析量表的KMO值为0.973,提取6个因子,累计方差贡献率为65.71%;量表内容效度为0.914;总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.979,折半信度系数为0.924;各维度的Cronbach's α系数为0.801~0.931,折半信度系数为0.795~0.905;总量表的重测信度为0.839。结论: 本研究编制的量表具有良好的信效度,可作为测评住院康复期精神分裂症患者对人文关怀需求的有效工具。

Abstract

Objective To develop a scale for measuring the needs for humanistic care of inpatients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The initial draft of the scale was formed by literature review, semi-structured interview, and expert consultation. From November 2019 to March 2020, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 516 inpatients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period from 18 tertiary and above mental health service institutions in 13 provinces across the country to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The formal scale included 6 dimensions and 49 items; the KMO value of the exploratory factor analysis scale was 0.973, and 6 factors were extracted, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 65.71%; the content validity of the scale was 0.914; the Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.979, and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.924; the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension was 0.801-0.931, and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.795-0.905; the test-retest reliability of the total scale was 0.839. Conclusion The scale developed in this study has good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool for assessing the needs for humanistic care of inpatients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period.
