摘要

目的: 了解中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者的健康促进行为现状及影响因素,指导其建立正确的健康观念和健康行为,从而提高远期生存质量。方法: 选取2021年7月—2022年2月就诊于长沙市2所三级甲等医院,符合纳入排除标准的患者进行横断面调查。结果: 纳入的306名中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者健康促进行为平均得分为168（154,176）;Logistic回归分析结果显示：发现高血压途径、是否接受过疾病健康教育、慢性病自我效能、社会支持、慢性病健康素养是中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者健康促进行为的影响因素。结论: 中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者的健康促进行为与高血压发现途径、是否接受过疾病健康教育、社会支持、自我效能、慢性病健康素养等方面有关。

Abstract

Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of health-promoting behaviors in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension and diabetes, and to guide them in establishing correct health concepts and behaviors, thereby improving long-term quality of life. Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted among patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria at two tertiary hospitals in Changsha, Hunan Province, from July 2021 to February 2022. Results The average score of health-promoting behaviors among the 306 included young and middle-aged patients with hypertension and diabetes was 168 (154, 176). Logistic regression analysis revealed that the method of hypertension detection, whether they had received health education on the disease, chronic disease self-efficacy, social support, and chronic disease health literacy were influencing factors of health-promoting behaviors in these patients. Conclusion Health-promoting behaviors in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension and diabetes are related to the method of hypertension detection, whether they have received health education on the disease, social support, self-efficacy, and chronic disease health literacy.
