摘要

目的:分析基于沉浸式虚拟现实技术肺康复健康教育对AECOPD患者运动能力及心肺功能的影响。方法:选取2022年9月到2024年5月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的120例AECOPD患者为研究对象,根据干预方法的不同分为观察组(n=62)和对照组(n=58)。对照组患者给予常规健康教育方法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予沉浸式虚拟现实技术肺康复健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后的运动能力(6min步行距离、Borg劳累量评分)、心肺功能[用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、呼气峰值流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、动脉氧分压(Partial arterial oxygen,PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery,PaCO2)、峰值摄氧量(peak oxygen uptake,P-VO2)、呼吸储备(breathing reserve,BR)]、生活质量[生活质量量表(COPD quality of life scale,COPD-QOL)评分]、肺康复“知、信、行”(知识维度、态度维度、行为维度)得分。结果:采用统计学软件SPSS21.0对数据进行分析处理。结果显示两组患者干预后的FVC、PEF、PaO2、P-VO2、BR、6min步行距离、知识维度、态度维度、行为维度得分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组干预后。两组患者干预后的PaCO2、Borg劳累量、社会状况、日常生活能力、焦虑心理症状、抑郁心理症状评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组。结论:沉浸式虚拟现实技术肺康复健康教育可有效改善AECOPD患者的运动能力以及心肺功能,且能提高患者肺康复“知、信、行”和生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of lung rehabilitation health education based on immersive virtual reality technology on the exercise ability and cardiopulmonary function of patients with AECOPD. Methods A total of 120 AECOPD patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the different intervention methods, they were divided into the observation group (n=62) and the control group (n=58). Patients in the control group were given conventional health education methods, while patients in the observation group were given immersive virtual reality technology pulmonary rehabilitation health education on the basis of the control group. The exercise ability (6min walking distance, Borg fatigue score), cardiopulmonary function (FVC, PEF, PaO2, PaCO2, P-VO2, BR), quality of life (COPD-QOL score) and knowledge, attitude and practice (knowledge dimension, attitude dimension, behavior dimension) scores of pulmonary rehabilitation were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Statistical software SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the data. The results showed that FVC, PEF, PaO2, P-VO2, BR, 6min walking distance, knowledge dimension, attitude dimension and behavior dimension scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention. After intervention, the PaCO2, Borg fatigue, social status, daily living ability, anxiety psychological symptoms and depression psychological symptoms scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Immersive virtual reality lung rehabilitation health education can effectively improve the exercise ability and cardiopulmonary function of patients with AECOPD, and can improve the knowledge, behavior and quality of life of patients with lung rehabilitation.
