目的：分析规律康复训练联合抗阻运动对帕金森患者平衡功能、生活质量的影响。方法：调取2021年1月至2022年12月100 例帕金森病患者的资料,使用数字奇偶法均分为两组。对照组患者接受规律康复训练,观察组患者在对照组的基础上施加抗阻运动训练,对比两组临床效果。结果：干预后,两组患者运动功能评分和平衡功能评分对比;干预后,两组患者步行功能、生活自理能力和肌力指标等对比。干预后,两组患者的PDQ评分均下降且观察组低于对照组。结论：规律康复训练联合抗阻运动可有效改善帕金森病患者运动、平衡和步行功能,还能增强患者的日常生活自理能力,提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract
Objective Analyze the impact of regular rehabilitation training combined with resistance exercises on balance function and quality of life in Parkinson's patients. Methods Retrieve data from 100 Parkinson's disease patients from January 2021 to December 2022, and divide them into two groups using the digital parity method. The control group patients received regular rehabilitation training, while the observation group patients received resistance exercise training on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the comparison of motor function scores and balance function scores between the two groups of patients; After intervention, the walking function, self-care ability, and muscle strength indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. After intervention, the PDQ scores of both groups of patients decreased and the observation group was lower than the control group. Conclusion Regular rehabilitation training combined with resistance exercises can effectively improve the motor, balance, and walking functions of Parkinson's disease patients, enhance their daily self-care ability, and improve their quality of life.
