Abstract

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with motivational interviewing in patients with cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis, and analyze its effect on negative emotions of patients. Methods A total of 86 patients after intravenous thrombolysis for cerebral infarction in the hospital were selected from January 2021 to December 2023 as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given motivational interviewing intervention after surgery, while the observation group was combined with comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were evaluated. The neurological function [national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS)], motor function [functional ambulation classification (FAC)], limb function [Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment (FMA)], muscle strength [Motricity index (MI)] and negative emotions [Hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADs)] were observed before and after the intervention The changes. Results After 2 months of intervention, the effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 81.40% in the control group. After intervention, the scores of NIHSS and HADs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The FMA score, MI and FAC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The application of comprehensive TCM rehabilitation nursing combined with motivational interviewing in CI patients after intravenous thrombolysis is helpful to improve the muscle strength, nerve, motor and limb function, and relieve negative emotions.
