Abstract

Objective to investigate the effect of tissue flap transfer for mammary cancer after breast conserving surgery on breast aesthetics and quality of life. Methods From April 2013 to June 2017 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 52 cases of female patients with primary breast cancer, according to the wishes of patients and their families, 52 cases primary breast cancer were divided into control group (n=23) and study group (n=29), the control group in the patients with breast cancer after breast conserving surgery received conventional basic treatment, patients in study group were treated with breast conserving surgery in breast cancer immediately, the flap flap transfer surgery. To observe the curative effect of two groups of patients, postoperative complications, psychological status and aesthetic score. Analysis of the effect of breast tissue flap transposition surgery of breast conserving surgery in patients with breast aesthetics and quality of life. Results After surgical treatment, the patients with breast symmetry, surface roughness, skin effect, nipple moving distance of individual scores in study group was significantly higher than control group , and the total scores of study group were significantly higher than control group . Two groups of patients with breast skin color and the incision scar, difference was no statistically significant . After operation, there was 1 cases distant metastasis in control group, and no distant metastasis in study group. There was no local recurrence in two groups. the control group had 1 cases wound infection, and 1 cases wound effusion; the study group appeared 2 cases wound infection, 1 cases wound hematoma. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant . The pain of the patients in the study group was significantly reduced, and the quality of life was significantly better than control group . Conclusion Using tissue flap to repair breast defects after breast conserving surgery can avoid severe breast deformation, and effectively maintain the appearance and shape of the breast, improving the patient’s quality of life It is worth to popularizing and applying.
