Abstract

Objective To investigate the changes of cystatin C (CysC), hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and homocysteine (Hcy) levels in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and their diagnostic value. Methods Choose 5 years, 2017 to July 2015 in our hospital treated 120 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension disease as the observation group, and at the same time choose in our hospital treated 150 cases of normal pregnancy pregnant women as control group. Compare two groups of patients with CysC, hs CRP and Hcy levels and pregnancy outcomes, and Logistic regression analysis. Results The CysC, hs - CRP and Hcy levels of observation group patientsr espectively were (1.68±0.41) mg/L、 (14.58±0.59) mg/L、 (20.65±1.12)μmol/L, the patients were significantly higher than the level of the control group (0.85±0.35) mg/L、 (3.43±0.37) mg/L、 (8.27±0.98)μmol/L, the difference between groups was statistically significant. Patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension CysC, hs - CRP and Hcy levels higher than that of patients with mild, moderate, mild gestational hypertension CysC, hs - CRP and Hcy levels higher than that of patients with mild, the comparison group difference was statistically significant. Observation group of patients with premature delivery, fetal distress and the perinatal death accounted for 20.00%, 29.17% and 29.17%, respectively, significantly higher than that of control group patients were 5.33%, 5.33%, 10.00%, diff between groups was statistically significant. Logistic regression analysis, gestational hypertension disease as the dependent variable, independent variable for CysC, hs - CRP and Hcy, the results show that CysC, hs - CRP and Hcy is associated with gestational hypertension disease difference was statistically significant. Conclusion He levels of CysC, hs-CRP and Hcy in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension are increasing with the aggravation of the disease. It is a sensitive index of the disease, and has important clinical diagnostic value.
