Abstract

Objective To study the application effect spinal-epidural combined with anesthesia in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension in cesarean section. Methods 88 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension from March 2013 to February 2016 were selected in our hospital, those patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number, 44 cases in each group. Continuous epidural anesthesia were used in the control group, the observation group were taken spinal-epidural combined with anesthesia. The anesthetic effect, hemodynamics, neonatal Apgar score and fetal delivery time were compared between the two groups. Results The total anesthetic volume, anesthesia onset time and pain level in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group ［ (1.87±0.23) mL, (10.43±1.23) min, (11.48±1.76) min VS (15.32±2.41) mL, (15.76±1.56) min, (15.34±1.21) min］. The muscle relaxation effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group. The systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ［ (118.45±12.32) mmHg, (73.48±7.02) mmHg, (74.53±7.21) time / min VS (130.98±13.21) mmHg, (82.98±10.43) mmHg, (82.79±8.37) times / min］. There was no significant difference in Apgar scores between the two groups. The time of delivery of the fetus in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group ［ (22.54±2.34) min vs (38.87±4.57) min］. Conclusion Spinal-epidural combined with anesthesia can reduce the pain of cesarean section in pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome, stabilize the hemodynamics index of maternal and ensure the safety of mother and fetus. The anesthesia effect is good.
