Objective To investigate the clinical study of Dalitong biofeedback training in the treatment of constipation.
Methods from 2012 September -2014 year in September in our department treated patients, the change regularity of biofeedback
training at the end of the first time foreign sphincter EMG activity study in patients with constipation, anal external sphincter
potential changes and improvement of contradiction movement. Results drug Dalitong biofeedback training can effectively
make the overall level of external sphincter potential decreased; at the end of the first training abdominal muscle contraction and
relaxation of two state formed significantly decreased between the corresponding groups of external anal sphincter potential; at
the end of the first training abdominal muscle contraction and relaxation under the two conditions of forming gradient changes of
external anal sphincter potential decreased significantly or to reduce the trend of changes. Conclusion drug Dalitong biofeedback
training can be effective in the treatment of constipation, the patient and the increased frequency of bowel movements, has
certain research significance in clinic.
