目的: 探讨丈夫陪伴分娩对产妇分娩结局及产后抑郁的影响。方法: 选取2021年8月1日—2021年11月1日在我院分娩的660 名初产妇为研究对象,应用区组随机对照实验法分为干预组（丈夫配合助产士陪伴分娩）和对照组（仅助产士陪伴分娩）。观察两组产妇分娩结局和产后抑郁及焦虑等心理状况的差异。结果: 干预组总产程、产后出血量、中转剖宫产率、阴道助产率、新生儿窒息率均较对照组低;虽然干预组产妇产后抑郁及焦虑的发生率稍高,但差异无统计学意义。结论: 丈夫参与陪伴分娩可改善母胎分娩结局,但产后抑郁的发生率稍高,虽然差异无统计学意义,仍需加强对参与陪产的丈夫进行培训与宣教,进一步规范丈夫陪产的流程,以提高分娩过程中夫妻双方的满意度及社会效应,降低产后抑郁发生率,增加产妇再生育意愿。
Abstract
Objective Exploring the impact of husband companionship during childbirth on the delivery outcomes and postpartum depression of parturients. Method 660 primiparous women who gave birth in our hospital from August 1, 2021 to November 1, 2021 were selected as the research subjects. A randomized controlled trial method was used to divide them into an intervention group (husband cooperating with midwife for delivery) and a control group (only midwife for delivery). Observe the differences in delivery outcomes and psychological conditions such as postpartum depression and anxiety between two groups of parturients. Results The intervention group had lower total labor process, postpartum hemorrhage, conversion rate to cesarean section, vaginal delivery rate, and neonatal asphyxia rate compared to the control group; Although the incidence of postpartum depression and anxiety in the intervention group was slightly higher, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The postpartum outcome of the husband's participation in the accompanying delivery is good, and does not increase the incidence of postpartum depression. However, it is necessary to further standardize the process of the husband's accompanying delivery, strengthen training and education, improve the satisfaction and social effect of the husband's participation in the accompanying delivery, and increase the maternal willingness to reproduce.
