目的：探讨自动咽鼓管吹张+球囊扩张术治疗鼻咽癌放疗患者分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法：选取2014年1月～2016年4月收治的80例患有分泌性中耳炎的鼻咽癌放疗患者展开研究。按照随机数表法，将入选对象随机分为对照组（42例）与观察组（38例）。对照组患者采用鼓膜置管术治疗，观察组患者采用自动咽鼓管吹张+球囊扩张术治疗。观察两组患者术后6个月的临床疗效，术后3个月、6个月、12个月的咽鼓管功能障°评分和Valsalva 测试评分，以及并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者接受治疗后的临床有效率（94.74%）明显高于对照组（76.19%），比较的差异有统计学意义；两组患者术后3个月、6个月、12个月的ETQR-7评分均较治疗前有明显下降，观察组患者同期ETQR-7评分显著低于对照组；两组患者术后3个月、6个月、12个月的Valsalva评分低于术前，其中观察组同期Valsalva评分明显低于对照组；观察组患者接受治疗后的并发症率（7.89%）均明显低于对照组（42.86%），比较具有统计学意义。结论：自动咽鼓管吹张+球囊扩张术治疗鼻咽癌放疗患者分泌性中耳炎具有显著的临床效果，可有效改善患者咽鼓管功能障°以及临床症状，复发率低，安全性高，值得广泛在临床推广应用。
