摘要

目的：探讨湖南省某三级医院胆囊结石患者住院费用的构成及其影响因素。方法：运用Epidata 3.1进行数据双录入，SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析，分析2010~2016年湖南省某三级医院胆囊结石患者住院费用及其构成和影响住院费用的因素。结果：胆囊结石患者人均实际住院天数为11.43±3.24天，患者的费用构成以药费，手术费，辅助检查费为主，其中药费，手术费，辅助检查费分别占住院费用的42.71%，18.72%，12.61%。结论：患者的住院费用构成以药费，检查费，手术费为主；影响住院费用因素有实际住院天数，术后并发症，抢救次数，护理级别等。

Abstract

Objective Investigate the composition and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of gallstone patients. Method Epidata 3.1 was used for data double entry, and SPSS 18 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The average hospitalization days of patients with cholecystolithiasis were 11.43±3.24 days, The cost of patients is mainly composed of medicine expenses, operation fees and auxiliary examination fees, among them, expenses for drugs, surgery, and auxiliary examinations accounted for 42.71%, 18.72% and 12.61% respectively of hospital expenses. Conclusion The cost of hospitalization is mainly composed of medical expenses, examination fee and operation fee. The factors influencing hospitalization expenses include actual hospitalization days, postoperative complications, times of rescue and nursing level.
