摘要

目的：探讨小金片对重度乳腺增生患者的治疗效果及血清VEGF、bFGF的影响。方法：自2013年8月~2016年12截止，收入我院治疗的重度乳腺增生女性患者114例，随机分为2组，对照组采用他莫昔芬和维生素治疗；在此基础上，干预组采用小金片治疗，持续治疗4个月。治疗前和治疗后分别收集患者的血液标本，采用酶联免疫法测定血清内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（Basic fibroblast growth factor，bFGF）数值，采用放射免疫法测定雌二醇（Estradiol，E2）、孕酮（progesterone，P）、催乳素（Prolactin，PRL）数值，比较两组间临床治疗效果。结果：与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后血清VEGF、bFGF数值均降低，血清E2、PRL数值降低，血清P数值升高，有差异；与对照组比较，干预组治疗后血清VEGF、bFGF数值较低，血清E2、PRL数值较低，血清P数值较高，有差异；对照组有效率78.95%低于干预组有效率92.98%，有差异；对照组不良率7.02%与干预组不良率3.51%比较，无差异。结论：小金片对乳腺增生患者的治疗效果确切，有助于降低血清VEGF、bFGF数值，抑制生成，改善性激素指标，且不良反应可以耐受。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the the eherapeutic effect of Xiaojin tablets in the treatment of Breast hyperplasia in serum vascular VEGF and bFGF. Methods 114 breast hyperplasia patients in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with tamoxifen and vitamins, the study group was treated more with Xiaojin tablets, and 2 groups were treated for 4 monthes. Blood samples were collected to detect vascular endothelial growth factor, Basic fibroblast growth factor, bFGF by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before treatment and after treatment, levels of estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) and prolactin (PRL) were measured by Radioimmunoassay, and the clinical effects between 2 groups were compared. Result Compared with before treatment, levels of serum VEGF and bFGF in 2 groups decreased, the levels of serum E2 and PRL values decreased, and the serum P value increased, compared with the control group, levels of serum VEGF and bFGF in the study group were lower, the levels of serum E2 and PRL were lower, and the serum P was higher, the effective rate of the control group 78.95% was lower than the study group92.98%, the adverse rate in the control group7.02% and the study group 3.51% had no difference. Conclusion Xiao Jin tablet was effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands, which was helpful to reduce the serum VEGF and bFGF values, inhibit angiogenesis, improve the sex hormone indexes, and the adverse reactions can be tolerated.
