目的：探讨多普勒彩色超声心电图检测在急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取我院201 年
02 月至201 年02 月收治的 例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象，对所有患者行多普勒彩色超声心电图检测，并
将其检测结果与心动图、冠状动脉造影结果进行比较。结果：多普勒彩色超声心电图对急性心肌梗死的诊出率
( . %) 优于心动图诊出率，比较结果具有显著性差异。结论：比较多普勒彩色超声和心动图在急性心肌梗死诊
断上更敏感、精确。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the color doppler ultrasound cardiogram examination in the diagnosis of acute myocardial
infarction (mi) value. Methods Select our hospital between February 2013 and February 2014, 76 cases of patients with acute myocardial
infarction (mi) as the research object, uneffective color doppler ultrasound cardiogram test, and the test results compared with
echocardiography and coronary angiography. Results The results of color doppler ultrasound cardiogram detection rate was 94.74%,
acute myocardial infarction compared with cardiogram difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with echocardiography
color doppler ultrasound cardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction on more sensitive and accurate.
