Effect of continuous intravenous infusion of oxytocin combined with sufentanil analgesia pump on the analgesic effect and postoperative anxiety of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of continuous intravenous infusion of oxytocin combined with sufentanil analgesia pump on the analgesic effect and postoperative anxiety of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the first people's Hospital of Suzhou City from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases each. The control group was treated with sufentanil alone and the observation group was treated with oxytocin combined with sufentanil. The analgesic effect of the two groups, the Ramsay score, the VAS score and the HAD score at each time point, and the total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared. Results The excellent rate of analgesia in the observation group was 97.50%, higher than that in the control group (75.00%). The Ramsay scores of the two groups were similar at 1 h and 48 h after operation, and the Ramsay scores of the observation group at 12 h and 24 h after operation were significantly higher than those of the control group. VAS score and had score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation. The adverse reactions in control group (25.00%) was higher in the observation group (7.50%). Conclusion Oxytocin combined with sufentanil analgesia pump continuous pumping for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can achieve good analgesia and sedative effect, superior to sufentanil alone, and can effectively inhibit Inflammatory response and anxiolytic, and with the decrease in sufentanil concentration, the adverse reactions are reduced.
