基于微信公众平台的孕妇线上药学服务模式的探索与实践

Abstract Objective To build an online pharmaceutical care platform in our hospital, explore the mode of online pharmaceutical care for pregnant women, and analyze the promotion mode and user needs of online pharmaceutical care. Methods With wechat public platform as the carrier, pharmaceutical care was carried out combining online and offline for pregnant women, pharmaceutical science popularization was pushed irregularly, and real-time online pharmaceutical consultation service was provided. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect user reading and medication consultation data from July 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022, and analyze the age distribution, education level and needs of the public. Results By September 30, 2022, we had accumulated a stable number of 577 users, and promoted more than 30 popular science articles. The questionnaire survey showed that the public platform was well received by the majority of users. Conclusions Wechat public platform provides a good carrier of online pharmaceutical care for pregnant women, allowing them to enjoy professional pharmaceutical care timely, accurately and conveniently.
