社区居家老年人服药自我管理能力问卷的编制及信效度检验

Abstract Objective To develop a medication self-management ability questionnaire for the community elderly at home and to test the reliability and validity. Methods Guided by social cognitive theory, self-efficacy theory, and self-management theory, the initial questionnaire was formed by literature review, semi-structured interview, Delphi expert consultation, and pre-survey. From August to September 2022, a total of 334 older people at home with medication self-management in 4 community health service centers in Changsha were selected by multi-stage random sampling method to conduct a survey to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and the score level of the questionnaire was classified. Results The questionnaire consisted of 27 items in 5 dimensions with a cumulative variance contribution of 52.388%. The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.800 to 1.000. The total Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.877, and the retest reliability was 0.903. The total score ranged from 27 to 135, among which the score of 27 to 92 recommended as low level, 93 to 107 as medium level, and 108 to 135 as high level. Conclusion The questionnaire developed in this study has good reliability and validity, which can be used to assess the medication self-management ability of community-dwelling older people.
