Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) combined with endovascular stent for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) curative effect and vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors. Methods From March 2013 to June 2016, 102 cases of patients with ASO were treated in our hospital, considered as the research object. According to the treatment methods, 102 cases of patients were divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=52). The control group conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the PTA stent in the treatment of combined endovascular. Clinical efficacy and vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factor level of two groups were compared. Results Observation group total the efficiency was 78.85% and higher than control group . Before treatment, two groups of endothelin-1(ET-1), nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were not statistically significant difference. After treatment, the two groups of ET-1 and NO and NOS level were slightly lower than before treatment. After treatment, the margin changes of ET-1, NO and the level of NOS in observation group were slightly less than the control group. The two groups before treatment of β2- microglobulin (β2-M), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and high sensitivity C reactive protein levels were no significant difference. After treatment, the β2-M. IL-6 and TNF-α, hsCRP level in two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group of β2-M, TNF-α, IL-6 and hsCRP levels were lower than the control group. Conclusion PTA combined with endovascular stent in the treatment of lower extremity ASO has obvious curative effect, can reduce the patients with β2-M and other inflammatory factors, and little effect on blood vessels endothelial function.
