Abstract Objective To study the effects of Butyphthalide on neurological function, Oxidative Stress and hemodynamics in Patients with Cerebral Infarction. Methods Retrospective analysis from June 2016 to June 2017 in 120 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital, regular group (60 cases) and study group (60 cases) according to the principle of random grouping, the rats in the conventional group were treated with conventional butt phthalide, and the clinical efficacy and neurological function, oxidative stress and hemodynamic changes were analyzed and compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was96.6% in the study group, significantly better than the conventional group, There was no significant difference in the CSS scores between the two groups. After 3 weeks of treatment, the CSS scores of the regular group and the study group decreased as compared with those before treatment, but the decline of the CSS score of the study group was more significant than that of the conventional group. There was no significant difference in serum MDA, CAT, SOD between the two groups before and after treatment . After 3 weeks of treatment, the level of MDA in study group decreased, The level was more significant than the conventional group. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum NGF, NSE and NTF between study group and control group. After 3 weeks of treatment, serum NSE level of study group was lower than that of routine group and study group. After 3 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum NGF and NTF in the routine group and the study group increased compared with those before treatment, but the levels of NGF and NTF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group. The systolic blood flow velocity (Vs), mean blood flow velocity (Vm) and pulsatility index (PI) of two groups before treatment did not differ significantly. After treatment, systolic blood flow velocity, mean blood flow velocity. The pulsatility index of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group. Conclusion The innovative point of this paper is to observe the effects of butylphthalide on the neurological function, oxidative stress and hemodynamics in addition to observing the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide in patients with cerebral infarction and to explore the possible mechanisms involved in the treatment of cerebral infarction with butylphthalide .
