Abstract
Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of anti-oxidative therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 104 acute myocardial infarction patients treated in our hospital from September 2015 to November 2016 were selected as study subjects. Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The control group received routine coronary heart disease II Grade prevention and treatment. The observation group was treated with probucol anti-oxidant therapy on the basis of the control group. The levels of blood lipid, MDA, SOD, hs-CRP, NO and ox-LDL in the two groups were compared. Results The levels of MDA and SOD in the observation group were (5.47±1.18)μmol / ml and (154.93±29.57) U / L, respectively, and those in the control group were 7.31±1.90μmol / ml and 103.25±27.62 U / . The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of HDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group The levels of LDL were (63.51±10.70)μmol / L and (391.64 ± 37.28)μg / L respectively in the control group and (48.28±11.78)μmol / L and 487.64±40.27μg / L respectively, with statistical significance. Conclusion Antioxidant therapy can effectively inhibit oxidative stress and has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. It is worthy of clinical application.
