Abstract Objective To explore effect of using misoprostol and oxytocin to control postpartum hemorrhage in the operation
of cesarean delivery. Methods There are 180 cases of maternal come to our hospital for the operation of cesarean delivery
at the time from June 2013 to June 2014, and then devided them into observation group 1, observe group 2 and observation
group 3 with 60 maternals in each group randomly. The observation group 1 was given misoprostol for treatment, the observation
group 2 was given postpartum hemorrhage for treatment independently, and the observation group 3 was given misoprostol
combine with postpartum hemorrhage for treatment. Observed and compared the amout of bleeding of the three groups at the time of in the process of operation, 2 hours after the operation and 24 hours after the operation. Results The bleeding rate after
childbirth of observation group 3 is 1.67 %, we can find it is obvious lower than 5.0 % of the observation group 1 and 8.33 % of
the observation group 2, the difference between them have statistically significant; the difference between observation group 1
with observation group 2 have statistically significant; In the amout of bleeding, we can find out that the three groups at the time
of in the process of operation, 2 hours after the operation and 24 hours after the operation, observation group 3 is obvious lower
than group 1 and 2, the difference between them have statistically significant; But at the time of in the process of operation, the
difference between observation group 1 with observation group 2 have no statistically significant; But at the time of 2 hours after
the operation and 24 hours after the operation, the difference between observation group 1 with observation group 2 have nstatistically
significant. Conclusion Using misoprostol combine with oxytocin to control postpartum hemorrhage in the operation of
cesarean delivery, have very good clnical effect, it was worth to be fruther promoted and applied in clinic.
