Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of interventional stratified nursing pathway regimen in the interventional treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated with arrhythmia. Methods 107 patients with AMI complicated with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as research subjects, and were divided into control group and study group by the random number table method. The control group (53 cases) adopted routine nursing regimen, and the study group (54 cases) adopted interventional stratified nursing pathway regimen. Cardiac function indicators, electrocardiogram parameters, quality of life and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 min walking test distance in the two groups were increased, and the indicators in study group were higher than those in control group. The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was decreased in both groups after intervention, and the indicator was lower in study group than that in control group. After intervention, the heart rate and QT dispersion of both groups were declined, and the indicators in study group were lower. After intervention, the QT interval was lengthened in both groups, and the QT interval in study group was longer than that in control group. The scores of dimensions of myocardial infarction dimensional assessment scale were declined in both groups after intervention, and the scores were lower in study group. The total incidence rate of adverse events in study group was lower compared to control group. Conclusion The application of interventional stratified nursing pathway regimen in the interventional treatment of patients with AMI and arrhythmia can not only effectively promote the recovery of cardiac function and improve the variation of electrocardiogram, but also enhance the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
