Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between serum rheumatoid factor (RF), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP) and mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and the changes of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Methods Selected 120 RA patients diagnosed in the First People's Court of Shuangliu District (RA group) and 120 healthy physical examination subjects (control group), the serum RF, ESR, CRP and MCV levels of the two groups were detected, and the RA group was tested according to the disease activity index (DAS28) group analysis. Results The levels of RF, ESR and CRP in the RA group were higher than those in the control group, and the MCV level in the RA group was lower than that in the control group; The levels of RF, ESR, and CRP in the RA group in the severe and mild active stages were higher than those in the stable stage. The MCV level of patients in the RA group in the severe active stage and mild active stage was lower than that in the stable stage patients; The levels of RF, ESR, and CRP in the RA group in the severe active stage were higher than those in the mild active stage, and the MCV level in the severely active RA group was lower than that in the mild active stage; The levels of RF, ESR and CRP in the RA group had a significant positive correlation with the DAS28 index, and the MCV level in the RA group had a significant negative correlation with the DAS28 index. Conclusion The levels of RF, ESR, and CRP in RA patients were increased, and the levels of MCV were decreased, and there was a certain correlation with the disease activity of patients.
