Effects of IKBKB gene knockdown on NLRC5 and NF-κB expression, as well as the biological function of gastric cancer cells
Objective
To investigate the relationship between the expression level of the IKBKB gene in gastric cancer cells and the activitiesy of NLRC5 and NF-κB. The effect of IKBKB knockdown on the biological function of gastric cancer cells was clarified.
Methods
The human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell line was transfected directly with the plenti-ikkbkb-sgrna gene knockdownout plasmid. Western blot (WB) was used to detect the effect of Ikkbkb gene knockout and the expression levels of NLRC5 and NF-κB in the monoclonal cell line. Scratch test and Transwell migration assay were used to assess the migratory capacity of monoclonal cells, while flow cytometry was employed to measure apoptosis and cell cycle progression. The effect of monoclonal cells on tumor growth was observed in a tumorigenesis experiment. Immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluate the expression status of NLRC5, NF-κB, and IKBKB in clinical gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. To clarify their existence, expression correlation, and clinical diagnostic value.
Results
After knocking out the IKBKB gene, the expression levels of NLRC5 and NF-κB in human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells were significantly reduced, and the cell migration and invasion abilities were weakened. G1 phase arrest decreased the proliferation ability of SGC-79013 cells, and the total apoptosis rate of SGC-79013 cells significantly increased. The expression levels of NLRC5 and NF-κB were downregulated after IKBKB knockout, which impacted the growth and development of tumors. The expression levels of NLRC5, NF-κB, and IKBKB in gastric cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues. Additionally, the expression levels of NLRC5 and NF-κB were positively correlated with IKBKB. The binary logistic regression model was constructed with IKBKB, NLRC5, and NF-κB as explanatory variables. The diagnostic performance of the joint model was quantified using ROC analysis, which showed an AUC of 0.921 with a 95% confidence interval of 0.876-0.967.
Conclusion
IKBKB has a correlation with NLRC5 and NF-κB in gastric cancer cells, and synergistically promotes the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.

The role of TREM-1/NF- κB pathway in regulation of metformin on mouse acute lung injury
Objective
This study was designed to examine the effect of metformin on triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells-1(TREM-1)in a lipopolysaccharide(LPS)induced acute lung injury(ALI)mouse model and explore whether metformin utilizes TREM-1/NF- κB pathway to reduce ALI in mice.
Methods
First of all,an ALI mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 10 mg/kg LPS,and intervention with metformin or TREM-1 receptor antagonist was used to examine the effect of metformin on TREM-1 expression in ALI mice. Total protein level, total cell and neutrophil count, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)were determined in the lavage fluid(BALF),and the wet/dry specific gravity of lung tissues were assessed. NF-κB and TREM-1 mRNA expression was assessed through Real time-PCR,while NF-κB,IL-18,IL-1β,TNF-α and TREM-1 protein expression levels were measured by Western blots.
Results
Our results showed that metformin reduced the expression of TREM-1 in the lung tissue of ALI mice. After antagonizing TREM-1,metformin could alleviate pathological damage, protein exudation, and neutrophil infiltration in lung tissue, and expression of NF-κB,IL-18,IL-1β,TNF-α was inhibited.
Conclusion
Metformin can reduce the expression of inflammatory factors, vascular permeability, and infiltration of inflammatory cells, thereby alleviating LPS-induced ALI,and its mechanism may be related to TREM-1/NF-κ B pathway.

Biological effects of Urolithin A on renal carcinoma 786-O cells
Objective
To investigate the effect of UA on renal carcinoma 786-O cells and the potential mechanism.
Methods
Pubchem and Swiss target Prediction databases were used to search the structure and target of UA, and the promising targets of UA were picked out according to the probability of action marks, which ware greater than 0. The effects of UA on the viability, migration and invasion of 786-O cells were detected by CCK-8, flow cytometry, Transwell migration and invasion assay, respectively. The expression levels of P62, caspase3, lc3, Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were detected by Western blotting.
Results
Most of the predicted targets of UA were kinases and cyclins. UA inhibited the proliferation of 786-O cells in a concentration-dependent manner, as well as inhibited the expression of p62 and bcl2 in 786-O cells. And UA inhibited the migration and invasion ability. Moreover, the expression of caspase3, bax and lc3-II were down-regulated in 786-O cells.
Conclusion
UA can inhibit proliferation, induce apoptosis, inhibit migration and invasion in renal carcinoma cells. The mechanism may be related to inhibiting p62, bcl2 expression and promoting caspase3, bax and lc3-II expression in renal carcinoma cells.

Protective effect of shearstress on LDL-induced endothelial progenitor cell injury through up-regulation of autophagy
Objective
To analyze the protective mechanism of laminar shear stress (LSS) on endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) injury induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL).
Methods
The treatment conditions of ox-LDL and LSS in EPCs were analyzed by CCK8. The effects of LSS on the migration and tube formation ability of EPCs before and after treatment with ox-LDL were analyzed by Transwell and tube formation experiments. The effects of LSS and ox-LDL treatment on autophagy and endothelial-mesenchymal transition markers were analyzed by Western blot. The effects of autophagy activators and inhibitors on autophagy and endothelial-mesenchymal transition markers after treatment with ox-LDL and LSS were analyzed by Western blot.
Results
After treatment with ox-LDL, the proliferation, migration, and tube formation ability of EPCs were down-regulated, and LSS treatment significantly increased them. LSS treatment had a protective effect on ox-LDL-induced EPCs cell injury. In terms of molecular mechanisms, LSS treatment increased the autophagy level of EPCs cells. After treatment with ox-LDL, EPCs cells underwent significant endothelial mesenchymal transition, which was significantly inhibited by LSS treatment. Autophagy activators and inhibitors confirmed these results.
Conclusion
LSS can inhibit ox-LDL-induced endothelial mesenchymal transformation of EPCs by upregulating autophagy, and plays a protective role in EPCs.

Establishment of biological reference interval of renal function test items based on indirect method
Objective
To establish the reference interval of creatinine, urea and uric acid based on dry chemical system in Jiangsu、Guangzhou and Hebei by indirect method.
Methods
Collect laboratory information system (LIS) data from Lianyungang TCM Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou, and The Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 1, 2023 to June 3, 2023. The K-S test was used to test the normality of the data, the interquartile range method was used to eliminate outliers, the Mann Whitney U test was used to classify the sex and age groups, and the percentage method (P2.5-P97.5) was used to establish the reference interval of each group, and compared with the reference interval of the manual.
Results
plasma creatinine, urea and uric acid were significantly different between sexes. There is no statistical significance in creatinine between the male under 30 years old group and the 31-60 years old group, and the reference interval can be established in combination. There is statistical significance between the other age groups, and the reference interval needs to be established separately. The biological reference interval of creatinine is 41.59-159.00 umol/L for men over 60 years old, 41.00-138.80 umol/L for men under 60 years old, 35.20-114.27 umol/L for women over 60 years old and 34.20-99.64 umol/L for women over 30 years old under 60 years old. The reference interval of urea is 3.50-11.20 mmol/L for men over 60 years old, 3.10-9.90 mmol/L for men over 30 years old, 2.39-8.95 mmol/L for men under 30 years old, 3.20-10.20 mmol/L for women over 60 years old, and 3.20-10.20mmol/L for women over 30 years old under 60 years old. The reference interval of uric acid is 165.35-570.93 umol/L for men over 60 years old, and 189.13-586.38 umol/L for men over 30 years old under 60 years old. The relative deviation of creatinine in men at all ages, creatinine in women over 60 years old, urea in men over 60 years old and urea in women over 60 years old are greater than RCV, indicating that there is a statistical difference between the self built reference range and the current reference range, and the self built reference range is required. The relative deviation between the self built reference range and the current reference range of other projects is less than RCV, indicating that the difference is not statistically significant.
Conclusion
There are sex and age differences in creatinine, urea and uric acid . Some items are different from the current reference interval, so it is necessary to establish a reference interval. Indirect method is a feasible method to establish the biological reference range of test items.

Construction and evaluation of nomograph model for individualized prediction of recurrent respiratory tract infection risk in children in chengdu
Objective
To construct an individualized nomogram model for predicting the risk of recurrent respiratory tract infections in urban children in Chengdu, and to evaluate the accuracy and clinical applicability of this nomogram model.
Methods
Children with respiratory tract infections admitted to our hospital recently were selected as the study subjects. The children were divided into two groups: those with recurrent respiratory tract infections and those with ordinary respiratory tract infections.70% of the subjects were randomly selected as the training set, and the remaining 30% were used as the testing set. Logistic regression analysis was conducted on the training set to identify independent risk factors for recurrent respiratory tract infections in Chengdu children. Based on the identified risk factors, a nomogram model was constructed. The calibration curve was drawn after performing 1000 rounds of bootstrap sampling on the training set. Internal validation of the nomogram model was performed using ROC curves and clinical decision curves, and the clinical efficacy of the model was validated on the testing set.
Results
Logistic regression analysis on the training set revealed the following independent risk factors for recurrent respiratory tract infections in urban children in Chengdu: history of allergies, history of asthma, low levels of vitamin A and vitamin D, low birth weight, passive smoking, and low hemoglobin levels. The C-index of the nomogram model in the training set was 0.879(95% CI 0.812-0.932). The calibration curve showed that the predicted risk of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children using the nomogram model was close to the actual observed curve. The clinical decision curve indicated that the nomogram model was most applicable when the predicted risk of recurrent respiratory tract infections in urban children in Chengdu was between 0.04 and 0.95. The ROC curve showed an AUC of 0.921(95% CI 0.851-0.968), sensitivity of 0.848, and specificity of 0.872 for the model. In the testing set, the ROC curve showed an AUC of 0.912(95% CI 0.871-0.941), sensitivity of 0.845, and specificity of 0.836.
Conclusion
The constructed individualized nomogram model for predicting the risk of recurrent respiratory tract infections in urban children in Chengdu demonstrates good accuracy and clinical applicability.

Correlation analysis of risk factors for white matter hyperintensities in cerebral small vessel disease
Objective
To evaluate the risk factors of white matter hyperintensities (WMHs) in Cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) , and to further establish an early prediction model.
Method
A total of 233 patients hospitalized in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital were selected for retrospective analysis. According to the T2 sequence of head magnetic resonance plain scan to identify WMHs, they were divided into the observation group of 187 cases with WMHs and the control group of 46 cases without WMHs. The general data and related biochemical indicators of the two groups of patients in the training set were compared between the two groups, and the difference factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn for single and multiple independent risk factors, and a nomogram was constructed to establish a prediction model, and the predictive efficacy of the model was evaluated.
Results
There were significant differences in age, hypertension, coronary heart disease, monocyte count, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , serum creatinine (SCr) , and glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) between the two groups of patients in the training set (P<0.05) . Multivariate regression analysis of 7 indicators showed that hypertension and SCr level were independent risk factors for WMHs. The area under the ROC curve of hypertension, SCr and the two indexes combined to predict WMHs was 0.655, 0.680 and 0.762, respectively. By constructing a nomogram for hypertension and SCr, the efficacy of the prediction model and the ROC curve of WMHs in the hypertension and SCr diagnostic validation set alone was evaluated, and the curve area was 0.763, 0.708, and 0.649, respectively.
Conclusions
Hypertension and SCr are independent risk factors for WMHs, and have predictive value for WMHs. The combination of hypertension and SCr is better than single index in predicting the risk of WMHs, which has guiding value for the early diagnosis of WMHs.

Effect of Early Urokinase Sealing on Orevention and Treatment of Catheter Fibrin Sheath Formation in Long-term Hemodialysis Patients
Objective
To observe the effect of early urokinase sealing in preventing the formation of catheter fibrin sheath in long-term hemodialysis patients.
Methods
From February 2021 to February 2022,46 patients were selected for regular hemodialysis treatment in the hemodialysis room and nephrology department of our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups. In the urokinase group,23 patients began to receive urokinase tube sealing treatment at the time of the first dialysis treatment, while in the conventional group,23 patients only received conventional heparin tube sealing treatment at the time of the first dialysis treatment, and urokinase therapy was started only after the patient's catheter was dysfunctional. The occurrence of catheter dysfunction, the change of coagulation function index before and after treatment, the change of catheter blood flow and venous pressure during treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results
The occurrence of catheter dysfunction in the urokinase group was much lower than that in the conventional group, and the average time of the first occurrence of catheter dysfunction in the urokinase group was later than that in the conventional group. At 6 months of dialysis, there was no significant difference in APTT,TT and Fib levels between the two groups, but the average PT time of the urokinase group was significantly longer than that of the conventional group. There was no significant difference in the mean catheter blood flow and venous pressure between the two groups at 1 month of dialysis. At 3 and 6 months of dialysis, the average blood flow in the urokinase group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, while the venous pressure was significantly lower than that in the conventional group. Neither urokinase group nor routine group had any serious adverse reactions that needed to stop treatment,no gastrointestinal bleeding, serious liver injury and other drug toxicity.
Conclusion
In patients who need long-term catheterization for hemodialysis treatment, early urokinase sealing measures can better prevent the formation of fibrin sheath in the catheter, prolong the service life of the catheter, and have high safety.

Construction and evaluation of nomogram model for short-term prognosis of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with mechanical thrombectomy
Objective
To construct a nomogram model for the short-term prognosis of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with mechanical thrombectomy, and to evaluate the accuracy and clinical applicability of the model.
Methods
The clinical data of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction who underwent mechanical thrombectomy in three high-end stroke centers were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the mRS score after 90 days. Logistics analysis was used to analyze the causes of acute cerebral infarction in the elderly. Independent risk factors for patients’ short-term poor prognosis after mechanical thrombectomy. Based on the above independent risk factors, a nomogram model was constructed using R language. The ROC curve, Bootstrap method and clinical decision curve were used to verify the accuracy of the model and the benefits of clinical decision-making.
Results
The independent risk factors for poor short-term prognosis in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction after mechanical thrombectomy are: NIHSS score on admission, diabetes mellitus, femoral artery puncture to recanalization time (PTR), postoperative pulmonary infection, postoperative complications Later, symptomatic cerebral hemorrhage occurred and collateral circulation was poor. The ROC curve validation nomogram model shows that the constructed nomogram model has strong predictive ability to predict the short-term prognosis of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with mechanical thrombectomy (AUC=0.876, 95%CI 0.71-0.94). The Bootstrap method shows the calibration curve. The average absolute error is 0.015, indicating that the calibration curve fits well with the ideal curve. The clinical decision curve shows that the nomogram model has the best applicability when the incidence threshold for predicting the short-term prognosis of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction after mechanical thrombectomy is between 0.04 and 0.95.
Conclusion
The constructed nomogram model has high prediction accuracy and has wide clinical applicability.

Retrospective Analysis of Factors Influencing PICC-Related Bloodstream Infections in NICU Low Birth Weight Infant
Objective
To explore the influencing factors of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) -related infections in low birth weight infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and provide a basis for PICC placement in NICUs.
Methods
We included low birth weight infants who were hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Changsha City from January 2021 to June 2022 and underwent PICC placement. We retrospectively analyzed their clinical data, used a case-control method, with those who experienced catheter-related infections as the case group and those who did not as the control group. We conducted univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses to investigate the risk factors for catheter-related bloodstream infections.
Results
A total of 19 low birth weight infants developed catheter-related bloodstream infections during a total catheterization duration of 3,466 days, with an infection rate of 0.5% per catheter day. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that birth weight<1 000 g (OR=0.266, 95% CI 0.084-0.842) and catheterization age≤7 days (OR=0.193, 95% CI 0.057-0.653) were risk factors. Birth weight and the age at catheter placement, when combined, have a maximum area under the curve of 0.741 and an approximate odds ratio of 0.369. This combination is more effective in predicting Catheter-related bloodstream infection in low birth weight infants compared to individual factors alone.
Conclusion
For low birth weight infants, especially those with a birth weight of less than 1 000 g and premature infants with catheter placement at ≤7 days of age, increased vigilance and preventive measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of Catheter-related bloodstream infection.

The expression of S-100B, LP-PLA2 and circ_0021132 in acute cerebral infarction and their relationship with recurrence
Objective
To explore the expression of acid calcium binding protein (S-100B), lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2), and circular RNA (circ_0021132) in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and their relationship with recurrence.
Methods
From January 2019 to October 2020, 138 patients with ACI in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 99 patients with healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The blood levels of S-100B, LP-PLA2, and circ_0021132 were compared between the two groups. The observation group was followed up for 1 year to record the ACI recurrence rate. Cox regression method was used to analyze the related factors of ACI recurrence. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the predictive value of S-100B, LP-PLA2, circ_0021132 in recurrence.
Results
Serum S-100B [(1.21±0.20) μg/L vs (1.53±0.25) μg/L] and LP-PLA2 [(180.26±36.49) μg/L vs (238.72±49.75) μg/L] levels in the observation group decreased after treatment, and circ_0021132 [(1.61±0.18) vs (1.32±0.09)] levels increased. Serum S-100B and LP-PLA2 levels before and after treatment were higher than those in the control group, and circ_0021132 levels were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The expression of circ_0021132 increased after treatment of different types of cerebral infarction (P<0.05). circ_0021132 of patients with large atherosclerosis, cardiogenic embolization and small artery occlusion were lower than those with other clear and unknown etiology (P<0.05). After adjusting for cerebral infarct volume, smoking, carotid plaque, diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia by multivariate Cox regression equation, anti-platelet aggregation drugs, serum S-100B, LP-PLA2, and circ_0021132 levels after treatment remained were independent influencing factors of recurrence (P<0.05). The AUC of S-100B, LP-PLA2, and circ_0021132 combined to predict the recurrence of ACI was 0.897, and the PI value corresponding to the maximum Youden index was 0.17. With the increase of PI value (<0.1, 0.1~0.2, >0.2), the recurrence rate (0 vs 9.84% vs 32.69%) showed an increasing trend.
Conclusion
S-100B, LP-PLA2, and circ_0021132 expressed abnormally in ACI patients, and they are independent factors of ACI recurrence. Combined detection can provide an objective basis for clinical assessment of the risk of ACI recurrence.

The predictive value of blood gas parameters on curative effect and prognosis of neonatal pneumonia treated with high-flow nasal catheter
Objective
To investigate the effect and predictors of failure of high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) as the primary respiratory support therapy for non-invasive ventilation in severe neonatal pneumonia (NSP).
Methods
This study retrospectively analyzed 85 neonates with NSP admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021. All patients received HFNC as primary supportive care. HFNC failure was defined as the need for escalation to noninvasive ventilation or invasive mechanical ventilation. Based on clinical data obtained before HFNC treatment and at 30, 60, 120, and 720 min after treatment, HFNC success (responders) and HFNC failure groups (non-responders) were compared.
Results
Among 85 neonatal infants, 13 patients (15.29%, 13/85) experienced HFNC failure, and 72 patients (84.71%, 72/85) were successfully ventilated. Compared with the failed HFNC group, the gestational age, birth weight, and duration of HFNC in the successful HFNC group were significantly increased, as well as the respiratory distress score and the length of hospital stay were significantly decreased. The comparison of baseline gas and blood parameters showed that the RS of the successful HFNC group was significantly lower than that of the failed HFNC group, and the SpO
2
/FiO
2
(S/F), SpO
2
and pH were significantly increased. Gestational age, severity of respiratory distress, RS and S/F predicted HFNC failure according to logistic regression analysis. After HFNC treatment, RR, HR, RS and FiO
2
were significantly decreased in both groups, and SpO
2
and S/F ratio were increased. Compared with the successful HFNC group, the HFNC failure group had significantly lower RS and FiO
2
after HFNC treatment, and increased SpO
2
and S/F ratio. The achievement rate of S/F goals at 30 min and 60 minutes, RR goals at 30 minutes, and RS goals at 30 minutes was higher in the HFNC success group compared with the HFNC failure group. In logistic regression analysis, the 60-min S/F target significantly predicted successful HFNC treatment (OR=8.035, 95%CI 2.980-21.658).
Conclusions
HFNC is suitable for the treatment of respiratory distress/failure of NSP newborns, and S/F ratio can be used as an early warning index to monitor the failure of treatment before or 60 minutes after HFNC treatment.

Effects of self-disclosure nursing intervention on perceptive social support, anxiety and coping styles in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective
To explore the effects of self-disclosure nursing intervention on social support, anxiety and coping style of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
Methods
A total of 94 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were divided into control group and intervention group, 47 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the intervention group implemented self-disclosure intervention on the basis of the control group. The level of self-disclosure, perceptive social support, anxiety and coping style scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results
Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of self-disclosure, understanding of social support, anxiety and positive coping styles between the two groups. After 6 weeks of intervention, the scores of self-disclosure, perceptive social support and coping style in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the scores of anxiety and negative coping style were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Self-disclosure intervention can improve the self-disclosure ability, understanding social support level and positive coping level of MHD patients, and improve the anxiety of MHD patients.

Correlational study on post-thyroidectomy symptom distress and quality of life among thyroid cancer patients
Objective
To investigate the degree of symptom distress in patients with thyroid cancer after operation and analyze its correlation with quality of life.
Method
One hundred and twenty-seven patients with thyroid cancer who visited a tertiary care hospital in Hunan Province from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and investigated with general data questionnaire, Anderson Symptom Scale-Thyroid Cancer Module, and thyroid cancer-specific quality of life scale.
Results
The total score of symptom distress was (91.95±38.57) points and the total score of thyroid cancer-specific quality of life scale was (41.71±8.12) points. Multivariate analysis showed that gender, surgical methods and quality of life were the influencing factors of symptom distress in patients with thyroid cancer (P<0.01), and symptom distress was positively correlated with quality of life (r=0.599, P<0.001).
Conclusion
Patients with thyroid cancer after operation generally have symptom distress and relatively low quality of life. Medical staff can take corresponding measures to reduce the symptom distress of patients after operation, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.

Construction of Indicator System for Perioperative Nursing Service Needs of Liver Transplantation Patients
Objective
To construct an indicator system for perioperative nursing service needs of liver transplantation patients, providing a reference for the perioperative nursing needs of liver transplantation patients.
Methods
Based on the thematic panel discussion, literature review, and clinical practice, a draft of indicators for perioperative nursing service needs of liver transplantation patients was developed. This draft underwent two rounds of expert consultations involving 18 experts from relevant fields such as Hepatobiliary Surgery and Gastroenterology. The indicators were revised based on expert consultations, and the weights of the indicators were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
Results
The constructed indicator system for perioperative nursing service needs of liver transplantation patients includes three primary indicators (preoperative nursing, intraoperative nursing, and postoperative nursing), 13 secondary indicators, and 45 tertiary indicators. The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultations was 100%, and the expert authority coefficients were 0.880 and 0.868, while the expert coordination coefficients were 0.252 and 0.261. This indicator system covers various aspects including preoperative nursing assessment, preoperative education, psychological support, intraoperative anesthesia monitoring and assistance, postoperative monitoring, infection prevention, and pain management, providing a scientific basis for the perioperative nursing service needs of liver transplantation patients.
Conclusion
The constructed indicator system for perioperative nursing service needs of liver transplantation patients is scientifically reliable and can serve as a reference for the perioperative nursing care of liver transplantation patients.
