Abstract Objective To study the effect of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage therapy on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery and its effect on the quality of life of patients. Methods 200 cases of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects. All the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, each group of 100 cases. The patients in the control group were received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment, and the patients in the study group were given traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage therapy. The clinical symptom scores, quality of life improvement and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the shoulder and neck pain, dizziness and headache scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; There was no significant difference in QLQC30 score between the two groups before treatment. The QLQC30 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; The total effective rate was 95.0% (95/100) in the study group and 86.0% (86/100) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Chinese Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Massage on Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type effect is significant, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth promoting.
