Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of microvideo combined with teach-back method of education in patients after autologous arteriovenous endovascular fistula surgery. Methods 76 cases of chronic kidney disease patients who were hospitalized and underwent autologous arteriovenous endovascular fistula surgery in the Department of Nephrology of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from October 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into 38 cases each in the experimental group and the control group. The control group implemented routine care, oral plus paper version of the mission, the experimental group will be made into a micro-video of the content of the mission, and combined with the teach-back method to implement a six-week intervention. After the intervention, we compared the differences in functional exercise compliance, self-management ability and health education satisfaction between the two groups. Results 37 cases in the test group and 36 cases in the control group completed the study. After the intervention, the patients' functional exercise compliance and self-management ability and health education satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The microvideo combined teach-back method can improve the adherence to functional exercise of patients after autologous arteriovenous endovascular fistula surgery, and improve patients' self-management ability and patients' satisfaction with health education.
