Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism of Ginseng Lotion in the treatment of vaginitis by network pharmacology, so as to provide a theoretical basis for later experimental research. Methods The active ingredients and their targets of ginseng lotion Decoction were screened by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database (TCMSP), vaginitis targets were obtained using GeneCards database. The R language is used to obtain a target set for the treatment of vaginitis by Ginseng Lotion. The target set uses to construct “drug-disease-target” network and the Protein-Protein interaction (PPI) network to exPlore its mechanism. Finally, Functional enrichment analysis of gene ontology (GO) and Pathway enrichment analysis based on the Kyoto EncycloPedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) were Performed using R language. Results There were 112 active comPounds and 83 targets related to the treatment of vaginitis in Ginseng Lotion. The key targets involved RELA、MAPK3、MYC、HIF1A、MAPK1、TP53, etc. It mainly involves TNF signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway to Play a theraPeutic role in stomach cancer. Conclusion Through network pharmacology methods, it is concluded that Ginseng Lotion can treat vaginitis through multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway.
